Registration Policies

Parks and Pool rental reservations require a 48 hour advance notice. Reservations for Sundays must be made before 2:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday.

Registration is required for the majority of activities. Summer registration including swim lessons will be accepted beginning May 1st at the Parks and Recreation Department and online (some items may not be available for online reservation).

Please keep in mind when you register for an activity, we depend on your enrollment in order to have a successful program. Pre-registration is required for some activities to give staff adequate preparation time. Be sure to note registration deadlines for various activities. All activities are subject to minimum enrollment requirements. If that requirement is not met, the activity will be cancelled.

The City of Kerrville promotes participation regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, or disability. Reasonable accommodations are provided upon request and in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. For assistance or to request a reasonable accommodation, please call (830) 257-7300. Items may be changed or cancelled without notice; if you are not completely satisfied with a program or activity, please tell us so we can respond to your concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Items may be changed or cancelled without notice. If you are not completely satisfied, please tell us so we can respond to your concerns. Cancellation of a reservation or program with at least 48 hours’ notice will result in a $20 surcharge per item (site, facility, program, etc.), and a refund of any remaining balance. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund, and will result in forfeiture of the first night paid fees at Kerrville-Schreiner Park, whichever is applicable.  No full refunds will be given unless the department cancels.  For more information, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at (830) 257-7300.
