Cancellation Policy
Items may be changed or canceled without notice. If you are dissatisfied, please tell us so we can address your concerns. Cancellation of a reservation or program with at least 48 hours' notice will result in a $25 surcharge per item (site, facility, program, etc.), and a refund of any remaining balance. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund and will result in forfeiture of the first night paid fees at Kerrville-Schreiner Park, whichever is applicable. No full refunds will be given unless the department cancels.
