 The Engineering Department provides the following services for the city:

• Civil engineering design management
• Rights of way (R.O.W) management
• Separate instrument easement management
• Plan reviews for civil engineering land development related items
• Inspection services for public infrastructure construction
• Water & waste water modeling for city infrastructure
• Contract administration for CIP projects
• CIP planning & overview
• Traffic management (signs, signals and markings)
• Floodplain management
• Plat and as-builts record management
