Exterior Enhancement Grant Program
The Exterior Enhancement Grant aims to encourage the visual improvement and enhancement of publicly visible areas within TIRZ #1, which includes key commercial, professional, and retail spaces in the city’s core. By supporting façade updates, landscaping improvements, signage upgrades, and other exterior beautification projects, the program seeks to strengthen Kerrville’s appeal to residents, visitors, and prospective investors.
