The Work of this Contract comprises the select demolition of existing pool support facility building, (portions of existing foundation to remain), construction of new/replacement utilities, revisions to existing sidewalk and ADA ramp and ADA parking, new construction of pool support building and expansion, construction of new toddler pool, and renovation and repairs to existing lap pool as indicated in the construction drawings.
