The Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department is excited to invite the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Scott Schreiner Golf Course, 1 Country Club Dr. The ceremony will be held at the course beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 27.
