[ARCHIVED] Kerrville Police Arrest Sexual Assault Suspect

At approximately 8:00 p.m., on November 9, 2013, the Kerrville Police Department executed a warrant for the arrest of Brian Christopher Ochoa, 26 years old. The warrant was issued by Precinct # 3 Justice of the Peace Judge Kathy Mitchell. Ochoa was arrested on two (2) counts of Burglary of a Habitation with intent to Commit Sexual Assault. Ochoa is being held in the Kerr County Jail with bonds totaling $200,000.

During the course of the investigation, information gathered led to Ochoa as a suspect in at least two Burglaries resulting in a Sexual Assault, reported recently.

The Burglary of a Habitation with intent to Commit Sexual Assault offense, in this case is a 1st Degree Felony, punishable by 5 to 99 years, or Life incarceration with a fine up to $10,000, if convicted on each count.
