[ARCHIVED] Disturbance Ends in Violence

On November 20, 2012, at 11:55 PM, the Kerrville Police Department (KPD) responded to a 9-1-1 call regarding the discharge of a weapon and a person wounded in the 1600 block of Water St.

When Police Officers arrived at Mulligan’s Pub in the 1600 block of Water St., they found a crowd of bystanders standing around a male, 22 years of age, who had been shot. It was also reported to the Officers that the person involved in the shooting had fled the scene.

Kerrville Fire / EMS arrived at the 1600 block of Water St., to render medical aid to the male victim, who was subsequently transported by Air Evac to a San Antonio hospital.

The Kerrville Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit (C.I.U.) is investigating the shooting, and is seeking the public’s assistance with any information pertaining to this investigation.
