[ARCHIVED] Return to Year-Round Water Conservation Measures

The recent rains and cooler weather have alleviated most of the conditions that triggered states 2 and 3. Effective at 12:01am on November 1, 2009 the City of Kerrville will return to Year-Round Water Conservation Measures.
