[ARCHIVED] City’s Bond Ratings Increased by Standard and Poor’s

As the result of a November 18, 2008, meeting between analysts from Standard and Poor’s, the City Council, representatives from the community, and city staff; Standard and Poor’s has upgraded all three of the City’s bond ratings.
