2021 STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS

With COVID-19 still presenting local health concerns, Kerrville Mayor Bill Blackburn and City Manager Mark McDaniel hosted the annual “State of the City Address” in virtual format this year. The two spoke Thursday, Jan. 7 at 11:30 a.m. in a forum that was broadcasted on the city's broadcast channel (Spectrum Channel 2) and on the city’s Facebook page and live stream.
