The Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department invites the public to the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the newest segment of the River Trail. The ribbon cutting will be Friday, Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. at the Dietert Center Trailhead, 451 Guadalupe St.
