[ARCHIVED] Four Arrested Thanks to an Alert Neighbor

Kerrville Police Officers responded to the Spence address where they found and arrested a woman crouched behind some shrubs in the backyard; two other men were located in a yard behind the burglarized residence; and, a forth male suspect was detained after officers located him walking on an adjacent street. KPD Officers recovered from the four suspects a quantity of stolen property from two vehicle burglaries which had occurred earlier as well as the residential burglary at 315 Spence.

All four were booked into Kerr Co Jail, this morning and charged with Attempted Burglary of a Habitation and two counts of Burglary of a Vehicle.

Arrested were:
Crystal Nicole Luksa Age: 22 of Kerrville
Phillip Cole Benner Age: 24 of Kerrville
Colt Marshall Hodges Age: 18 of Kerrville
Joshua Winston Trejo Age: 22 of Center Point

The Kerrville Police Department’s Field Operations Division and Criminal Investigations Section continue to investigate these events and the activities of the arrestees.
