            1               MR. LIVERMORE:  We have the consent agenda,

            2   all items listed below are considered routine by the

            3   Board and enacted by one motion.  The one item that is

            4   there is the approval of last month's board meeting.

            5   Would anyone have any comment, or wish to make a motion?

            6               MR. GRIFFIN:  I move that we approve the

            7   Board meeting September 27 minutes.

            8               DR. MOSIER:  Second.

            9               MR. LIVERMORE:  Second by Dr. Mosier.  Any

           10   other discussion?  All in favor say aye.  Any nays?

           11   None, it passes.

           12               Okay, James Robles financials.

           13               (Discussion.)

           14               MR. LIVERMORE:  May I have a motion to

           15   approve this report?  Was there a motion?

           16               DR. MOSIER:  I motion to approve the report.

           17               MR. LIVERMORE:  Moved by Dr. Mosier.

           18               MR. WOOD:  I'll second.

           19               MR. LIVERMORE:  And Bill seconded, Bill

           20   Wood.  Any discussion?  All in favor say aye.  Any

           21   against?

           22               MR. WOOD:  When you say aye, do you have to

           23   raise your hand?

           24               MR. LIVERMORE:  I don't know.  I guess I've

           25   seen those Soviet things, you know.  Okay.

            1               Bruce, item 4B deals with the 75th

            2   anniversary of the airport, which is forthcoming in the

            3   new year.  Bruce, would you like to address this matter?

            4               MR. McKENZIE:  Certainly.

            6               MR. LIVERMORE:  Brian O'Connor is here, and

            7   he wishes to address the Board on important matters.

            8               (Discussion; no action taken.)

            9               MR. LIVERMORE:  Anything from the Board?  I

           10   think that's the end of our meeting.  May I have a

           11   motion to adjourn?

           12               DR. MOSIER:  I move to adjourn.

           13               MR. LIVERMORE:  Moved by Dr. Mosier.
