            1               MR. WALTERS:  Consent Agenda, all items

            2   listed below within the consent agenda are considered

            3   routine by the Board and will be enacted with one

            4   motion.  There will not be separate discussion of items

            5   unless a Board Member or citizen so request, in which

            6   event the item will be removed from the general order of

            7   business and considered in its normal sequence.

            8               First item we have is 3A is approval of July

            9   26th, 2017 board minutes.

           10               MR. WOOD:  I move we approve them.

           11               MR. WALTERS:  I have a motion to approve the

           12   minutes by Mr. Wood.  Second?

           13               MR. GRIFFIN:  Second.

           14               MR. WALTERS:  Mr. Griffin.  All in favor?

           15   Four zero, and one absent, and the minutes are approved.

           16               We have discussion, possible action for

           17   number 4, 4A, the monthly financials for July and

           18   August.

           19               (Discussion.)

           20               MR. WALTERS:  So if nobody else has any

           21   comments on the July budget -- I mean July financials

           22   then we'll go ahead and ask for a motion to approve both

           23   July and August.

           24               MR. GRIFFIN:  So move.

           25               MR. WALTERS:  Okay, motion to approve the

            1   July and August financials.

            2               MR. MOSIER:  Second.

            3               MR. WALTERS:  Second by Mr. Mosier.  All in

            4   favor?  Four.  Four-O, one absent, motion passes to

            5   approve the financials.

            6               We have 4B KEDC by Mr. Brian O'Connor.

            7               (Presentation; no action taken.)

            8               MR. WALTERS:  Okay.  Move on to item 4C

            9   establish a date for minimum standards workshop.  Bruce.

           10               (Discussion.)

           11               MR. WALTERS:  Okay.  We've established a

           12   date for our review of airport minimum standards and

           13   review of our master plan for November the 15th.  That

           14   is also we will have our November board meeting on the

           15   morning 8:30 a.m. of November 15th, and this workshop

           16   and review will follow at the conclusion of our November

           17   board meeting.

           18               MR. O'FIEL:  So no board meeting on 11-22.

           19               MR. MOSIER:  And we cancelled the board

           20   meeting in December.

           21               MR. McKENZIE:  No December.

           22               MR. O'FIEL:  No December's.

           23               MR. GRIFFIN:  Back at it in January.

           24               MR. WALTERS:  We've cancelled the December

           25   board meeting.  Anything else?  All right, very good.
