            1               MR. WALTERS:  Item 3, Consent Agenda.  All

            2   items listed below within the consent agenda are

            3   considered routine by the Board and will be enacted with

            4   one motion.  There will not be separate discussion of

            5   items unless a Board Member or citizen requests it, in

            6   which event the item will be removed from the general

            7   order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

            8               MR. LIVERMORE:  So approve, or so move

            9   approval of the board meeting minutes.

           10               MR. WALTERS:  Oh, okay.  Item 3A, approval

           11   of the March 22nd, 2017 board meeting minutes.  We have

           12   a motion to approve by Mr. Livermore.  A second?

           13               MR. GRIFFIN:  I'll second.

           14               MR. WOOD:  Sounds like Congress, we approved

           15   it before we heard it.

           16               MR. WALTERS:  I don't want to be a part of

           17   that.  Second by Mr. Griffin.  All in favor?  Five zero,

           18   motion passes.

           19               Discussion and possible action.  4A, the

           20   monthly financials for March and April.  Brenda.

           21               (Discussion.)

           22               MR. WALTERS:  Do we have a motion to approve

           23   the monthly financials for March and April, 2017?

           24               MR. WOOD:  I move we approve them as

           25   received.

            1               MR. WALTERS:  Motion by Mr. Wood.  Second?

            2               MR. MOSIER:  Second.

            3               MR. WALTERS:  Mr. Mosier.  Any discussion?

            4   All in favor?  Five zero, the motion passes for approval

            5   of the 2017 March and April financials.

            6               Item 4B, budget adjustments.

            7               (Discussion.)

            8               MR. LIVERMORE:  Well, I would make a motion

            9   to approve item -- the two adjustments under item 4B.

           10               MR. WALTERS:  Motion to approve by Mr.

           11   Livermore.  Second?

           12               MR. GRIFFIN:  I'll second.

           13               MR. WALTERS:  Mr. Griffin makes a second to

           14   approve those budget adjustments.  Further discussion?

           15   None.  All in favor?  Five zero, budget adjustments

           16   pass.

           17               Item 4C, Airport Board term realignment.

           18               (Discussion.)

           19               MR. GRIFFIN:  I make that motion that we'll

           20   present to the -- or we'll get with the City Attorney,

           21   Mike has agreed in the past to help us work the words to

           22   the Interlocal.

           23               MR. WALTERS:  Mr. Griffin's making a motion

           24   that to make a recommendation to the City and County for

           25   the staggered term alignments.

            1               MR. WOOD:  I second that motion.

            2               MR. GRIFFIN:  And it'll be documented in the

            3   Interlocal Agreement.

            4               MR. WALTERS:  Second by Mr. Wood.  Any other

            5   discussion?  None.  All in favor?  Motion carries five

            6   zero.

            7               If there is no other item on the agenda,

            8   then we will close the meeting of the Kerrville-Kerr

            9   County Joint Airport Board at 9:35.
