KING: All right. I'll call this 9 special meeting of the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint 10 Airport Board, January 13th, 2014, 8:30. 11 Visitors forum: At this time any person 12 with business not scheduled on the agenda may speak to 13 the Airport Board. No deliberation or action can be 14 taken on these items because the Open Meetings Act 15 requires an item to be posted on the agenda for 72 16 hours before a meeting. Visitors are asked to limit 17 their presentations to three minutes. Anybody being 18 heard? None being heard. 19 Item 2: Discussion and possible action on 20 the T-hangar discussion. Negotiation and possible 21 execution of the design/build agreement, executive 22 session as needed. So we just need a motion or 23 something? 24 MR. McKENZIE: If you want to reaffirm 25 it, we just need a motion from one of the board members 4 1 to build 12 T-hangars as approved by TxDOT Aviation. 2 MR. KING: Right. 3 MR. McKENZIE: That's all we need. 4 MR. KING: Okay. All right. 5 MR. WOOD: You want to do it or do you 6 want me to do it? 7 MR. GRIFFIN: You can do it. You've 8 got more seniority. 9 MR. WOOD: I move that we proceed 10 forward with the 12 T-Hangars as originally proposed 11 and accepted. 12 MR. KING: Right. 13 MR. GRIFFIN: And that's -- 14 MR. KING: And that would be the 15 original -- 16 MR. GRIFFIN: That is the -- I was just 17 going to say, that's the base proposal of 801,569? 18 MR. WOOD: Yes. 19 MR. McKENZIE: Correct. 20 MR. GRIFFIN: Is the amount? 21 MR. McKENZIE: That's correct. 22 MR. KING: Correct. 23 MR. GRIFFIN: Okay. 24 MR. KING: Without a jet pod. 25 MR.
