Delayne Sigerman was born and raised in Houston. She moved to Miami, Fla. in 1982, where she worked with a commercial real estate developer building office buildings, warehouses and retail spaces for lease.
Delayne and her husband Michael moved to Kerrville in 2007. She served on Kerrville’s Economic Improvement Corporation board from 2015-17, during which time the city completed the approval process and construction of 90 percent of the River Trail, the opening of the Kerrville Sports Complex, and other projects.
Delayne currently serves on the Playhouse 2000 Board, which oversees the Cailloux Theatre and the VK Garage Theater. She is also a member of the Kerrville 2050 Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, which is helping plan for Kerrville’s future.
Delayne and Michael are the proud parents of two children.
