Movies in the Park

Load up the car and bring the kids, blankets, drinks and a flashlight for a free evening outside at the movies. Please remember that glass containers are not permitted in the park. No registration required, just show up and enjoy the evening with a movie and fresh popcorn!

The summer movies in the park will be shown at the Kerrville-Schreiner Park Amphitheater (2385 Bandera Hwy) and Louise Hays Park (202 Thompson Drive) at 9:00 p.m. All movies are G-Rated through PG-13 Rated. Parental Guidance suggested at PG or PG-13 movies. For more information please call the Parks & Recreation Department at (830) 257-7300.

Max is a spoiled terrier who enjoys a comfortable life in a New York building until his owner adopts Duke, a giant and unruly canine. During their walk outside, they encounter a group of ferocious alley cats and wind up in a truck that’s bound for the pound. Luckily, a rebellious bunny named Snowball swoops in to save the doggy duo from captivity. In exchange, Snowball demands that Max and Duke join his gang of abandoned pets on a mission against the humans who’ve done them wrong.

Junior, the company’s top delivery stork, lands in hot water when the Baby Factory produces an adorable but wholly unauthorized girl. Desperate to deliver this bundle of trouble, Junior and his friend Tulip, the only human on Stork Mountain, race against time to make their first baby drop before the boss finds out.
